Dreams that don't leave

 She had a bad dream and woke up shaking, she’s struggling to communicate the dream but says “she just kept hanging on” … she is clearly frightened and struggling to let it go. She’s eaten two scramble eggs and a larabar so that's good. She didn’t eat enough yesterday so that didn’t help. She’s a very vivid dreamer and always has been.
